If anyone at the BBC is interested we must hope it is very slight
We have no rights to anything on these tapes (not even to play them!)
The BBC don't have rights either except to stream progs for
7 days after tranmission  (and they pay a large sum of money for
even these rights).  The rights to the music on the tapes
and in any BBC prog are with the music copyright holders who in most
cases are the record companies.  This is why a certain amount of
caution has to be taken.  At the moment we are flying beneath their radar
