turn off javascript and browse to the page... it thinks you don't have flash 
and shows you a link that you can use for realplayer (you might have to view 
source to get at it, or use a grasemonkey plugin that'll add a button to the 
player, seems to change every time) 

(or use get_iplayer which is a perl script that works in linux / cygwin)
