I have a tape of their performance at the Reading Festival on the afternoon of 24th August 1975, introduced by a certain Mr John Peel!!

The 'New Wave' album was always a it of a mystery to me, it had some good punk stuff on, but some really incongruous stuff too. Then when i read one of Julian Cope's 
autobiographies it turns out to have been a strange prank pulled on the parent label who knew nothing of punk, or new wave, pulled by the guy from that 'Snuff rock' band, is it Los 
Trios Albertos Paranoias. None of which is mentioned in the index of the book now i look, i'm sure there's a great anecdote behind it, which i'll now have to dig out. Anyway, prnak or 
not, the album's worth it for the cracking version of 'Piss Factory' which was otherwise almost unavailable.
