4 skins were not a fascist band.. Totally diff from skrewdriver. They would be classed as an oi band the same as the Cockney rejects. Some of the audience were a different matter!

That's true - in fact, to be honest, they weren't even really that "punk", to my ears anyway.  I don't know whether the 4-Skins ever went through a similar pre-fascist phase though.

To be fair, the Skrewdriver session was recorded when they were just another punk band, a couple of years before they showed any fascist tendencies.
