Two requests

OK, I throw myself on the mercy of the group. I cannot download part d
of Ken's last show (1992-03-14): I've tried different browsers and
even diffeent computers, so can some kind soul who has already
downloaded it reup it for me? Thanks in advance! (It's not a problem
with Megaupload...I'm downloading one at the moment from someone else!)
Also, the DVD Torrent compilation features a session by Dillinger
Escape Plan which is not in Ken's book. Anyobdy ever heard of it?
