Whoooop Whoooop!

I just "won" a 7" copy of "I'm Not Drinking Anymore" by Al Ferrier, on 
Master-trak, on eBay!

When it arrives I will have 136 of the 142! (and at least 3 of the remaining 
six I think will be virtually impossible to get hold of - and the others just 
rather expensive!)

First time I've seen this record come up for sale or auction since the 
Channel 4 documentary went out a few weeks after Peelie's death - so I bid a 
ridiculous amount, and won it for a very reasonable 24 dollars.

PS I am DJing at a couple of gigs this weekend - Friday October 3rd I play at 
Sunny Inside Presents @ The Glebe, Glebe Street, Stoke-on-Trent, with 
Horowitz, The Parallelograms & The Lovely Eggs. There's the traditional post-popshow 
curry afterwards, too!

and Saturday October 4th I play at Big Pink Cake @ The Avon Combined Services 
Club, 29 St Pauls Rd, Bristol BS8, with Santa Dog, Francois, and The Mai 68s. 
There's a free Cloudberry mini-CD to the first 40 punters! (worth the price 
of admission in itself!)
