Flac Front End is fine, I also use it ;) But what you also need is
Exact Audio Copy http://www.exactaudiocopy.de/ (hopefully you are at a
windows machine)
withh correct settings:

A guide how to use and set up EAC correctly
I didn't need point4: encoder settings because you use Flac Front End.
I know that's a tall order. So it's up to you: an EAC rip with log and
cue file or only simple flac files...
