[peel] compress audio

For true lossless compression either backup as WAV or AIF (Hard drive space
is currently cheaper than it's ever been!) - or save some discspace by using
FLAC ( I guess a disadvantage is that you can't then burn the files direct to
audio CD without first cobverting to Wav or AIF)

To save more discspace use mp3 @ 320kbps - although this does lose data, the
results are arguably hard to distinguish aurally from the original.

Cheers!

PS All you people making Peel shows available to download - thanks! - I would
always rather spend longer on the download if I get a higher quality file out
of it!
