I'll Name That Tune In....?

I have a request from someone who contacted me after visiting 'Teenage 
Kicks'. He says he is looking for a track that Peel played:
'[He]once played a song I have been trying to track
down but all I can remember is it was from around 1979.
Some of the words were I think something like " sorry doctor business 
calls"
Sorry but that's all I can seem to remember , it was a punk type 
record.'
Ring any bells, anybody?
