Just wanted to wish you all the best with the book launch, Ken. I hope 
and trust it will sell in J K Rowlingesque quantities (the 
Communication Workers Union clearly intend to maximise disruption by 
scheduling the next postal strike for 5 October - just as Amazon are 
sending out a squillion copies of your book).

Please be sure to let us all know in advance of any media coverage  
I'm sure there is a great deal of interest here.
