Peel Day- What did you get up to?

Just been wondering what folks got up to for Peel day and if anyone 
went to any interesting gigs or events?

Personally i had a really great evening through in Glasgow at Ken's 
talk about his new Peel Sessions book. It was a really a nice event and 
i thoroughly enjoyed listening to some interesting stories about 
various different sessions that were recorded for the John Peel Show.

Another positive aspect of the evening was the fact that i got to meet 
a few members from this discussion group such as Jimmy and Stu as well 
as Stuart an ex producer of Peter Easton's Beat Control.

It was also nice of the publishers to lay on a few free glasses of wine 
as well.

All in all a most excellent way to commemorate/celebrate Peel Day.
