I imagine the 100% limit refers to your ability to download without 
any waiting limits as oppossed to non-members. I shouldn't think this 
will have any effect on your upload capacity as making files 
available is how these file storage sites generate their revenue. I 
think that's more or less how my rapidshare account works as do most 
others. Likewise anything uploaded will probably follow the usual 
'...will remain active if downloaded in the last X numbers of days', 
where 'x' is usually 30.

I'm losing track of which Peel files I have but I'm reasonably 
certain I don't have these - not as a single compilation at least.
