Many Thanks to Mark Bursa, Roger Carruthers, Andrew Dean, Ed Powley, 
Eddie Duffy and Koogy for so swiftly plugging those gaps, much 
appreciated. If Koogy would like to email me off list with his/her real 
name, he/she can join the others in the book's small print. That was so 
easy, I'll have to have a quick check I'm truly not missing any other 
stuff in latter years...
