An old favourite of John Peel - who did sessions back in 1978 and 1983 and
made it into the 1977 Festive 50.

laureate); Ed Harris (talented new poet/writer with a new angle on love
poetry); Serafina Steer (harp playing gritty songbird); Luke Wright ("I
don't get out of bed for less than ten grand") ; James Quinn (former
Coronation Street actor and National Poetry Slam Champion and Radio 4's
Ralph Stanza); Doctor Stewart (unique deep voiced performer and free
spirit); Niall McDevitt (Irish poet with a piece about the international
community of heroin addicts); Littleman and Edge (talented newcomers
originally launched on Bespoken Word and were named Word Up Grand Slam
