Peel Graffiti in Chester

Picture the scene - a small park in Chester, northern England.
A low, rectangular building covered totally in wavey, colourful,
inscrutable spray-painted "graffiti". Inscrutable apart from
one end wall, about 8 by 8 feet. In huge "letters" it said "John Peel
RIP" and below, "You'll Never Walk Alone" ; quite moving really ....
But personally I'd have omitted the Liverpool football club
reference ! Maybe replaced it with "Teenage Kicks" .... Or a complete
rewrite - "Peel & Strummer - Music Power Forever" - no, too
sentimental. Am I talking too much ?
