I just read that " The BBC have put an experimental catalogue online. 'This will allow you to 
find out about any of the one million programmes that the BBC holds in its archive, going 
right back to 1937.' " The search engine reveals production details (not clips) and is available 
at: http://open.bbc.co.uk/catalogue/infax

A search for John Peel (http://open.bbc.co.uk/catalogue/infax/contributor/1724) reveals the 
incredible scope of this contributions: 1307! It also provides new challenges for those that 
want to collect all those shows:-)
