Neil,

OK, I found my install file, if you want to try it.

Obviously, care is advised, as this is an .exe file, and I make no 
claims as to whether it'll work or not. All I know is, it worked for me, 
and it's never harmed my system in any way. But please run virus checks 
and take all usual precautions if you do try it.

But to be honest, you shouldn't need to install this, as the download 
page for Net Transport mentions RTSP features for the latest version: 
http://www.xi-soft.com/download.htm
