It seems that  is really needed is a site where mp3s of the Record Box 
tracks can be lodged together with a full list of the Record Box contents 
so that people can add any missing ones as they find them and people can 
download them at whatever speed they want.
500M files on torrents are outside the capability of a lot of people even 
if it stayed up any length of time
Probably totally impractical (and I'm not volunteering!)
