single's out today. don't do what i did and amble down the shops at 
lunchtime expecting there to be a picture of peel on the cover. instead 
there's a very dull red cover with white text. 

song itself is ok, all done for charidee, mate. (is missing the peel voice 
top and tail of the video as well, pity). the buzzcocks original is on the 
'b' and still does the hairs on the back of the neck thing in those first 
couple of seconds. 

mark e smith football scores? i'm guessing that would've made john stupidly 
happy, not least because of the liverpool score.
