[peel] New file uploaded to peel

The file I've just uploaded is 3 clips taken from 1 show 16.05.1992 and all
concern a competion that the Beeb ran that year (31 days in May).
Those that may be interested will realise I am now in a position to start
digitising my 500 + tapes and putting on server.
So any requests?
