Am I right in thinking this book is out of print? Shame. Pity someone 
couldn't be bothered to transcribe the book in a word doc so that 
others could read it, as I wouldn't dream of scanning my copy one 
page at a time and making it into a pdf and available off list for 
people to have a butchers.
