[peel] Festive 50 collection offer

If everyone who gets a DVD did a couple of copies (providing they have a DVD
burner) and passes them on, everyone who wants one would get one, without
one or two people doing all the work.
I'd be happy to do a couple of copies if someone sent a copy to me.
