[peel] Ken Garner book on eBay

  About 2 years ago there was a posting, possibly from Ken himself. About
obtaining a copy from Ken Garner, who was selling off surplus copies for
?10-00. I took up this offer and received a signed copy. If anyone is
interested, I'll dig his contact details out.
