KAITO U.K - This Norwich quartet Kaito U.K continue to bring fresh energy to
an under-represented genre. Catchy in the best sense of 'pop' then busting
the melodies to shreds with impeccable noise. Amidst the mayhem, however,
they never lose the rare sense of tunefulness, beating down the noise for
noise sake crowd.

"'Catnap' is not only a huge and hummable terrace chant rant, it truly rocks
like it wants to torch your record collection and have sex with your dog.
This is guitar music as it should be played by lusty young things with scant
regard for animal welfare." NME

"Kaito plays connect the dots with crunchy Sonic Youth noise pop and the
wigged-out jive of a hopped-up Beta Band." Insound

QUERELLE - Querelle have been creating somewhat of a reputation with their
live shows, holding their own with the likes of Life Without Buildings, NPB,
Reynolds, Degrassi and The Dudley Corporation. The Italian trio have an
incredible stage presence and leave newcomers shell-shocked with their
explosive post punk, a cross between The Lapse, Blonde Redhead and Unwound.
The band has recently been approached by three well-known indie labels and
should release their debut single sometime soon.

"As the aching guitar and thundering drums crash into a cacophonous finale,
I realise that I never want to be without Querelle again. I want to rush out
and buy their records. The only problem is that they haven't even made any
yet." Bleedmusic

"Loud, abrasive, infectious artrockers Querelle boast a scruffy, amazingly
energetic sound." Strange Fruit

JET JOHNSON - Gavin Baker (Billy Mahonie/Glider/Meets Guitar), Caroline
Nesb (Peachfuzz), and Kevin Smith (Reynolds) get together to play peculiar
post-pop. Since forming in 2000, the band have released material on several
indie labels, the latest being their mini album 'Tula' for Errol Records,
which picked up rave reviews and airplay.

"Jet Johnson sound like a storybook, with clever banjo-plucking and Caroline
Nesbo's delicate vocals giving '9000 Men' a dreamlike quality, while the
plaintive strain of 'That's How It Goes' is a fairytale squeezed into
musical form." The Fly

"Acts like Empress, Low and Piano Magic come to mind." Substance
