Peel top 20 LPs?

Two or three years ago, there was a list going around of John Peel's 
favourite 20 LPs. I have a feeling he did it for a feature in one of 
the broadsheets, maybe the Daily Telegraph. If anybody saved a copy, 
could they possibly post it?

Also welcome would be any 'end of year' lists of Peel's. His ten 
favourites of 1974 turned up in the sleeve notes to a Robert Wyatt LP 
(because one pick was Rock Bottom), and they were an interesting read.
