Track identity

Sorting out a pile of tapes, came across some snippetts I must have taped
from the show 10-12 years ago, mostly with the band/track/album credits from
John, but one without that I'm intrigued by.

It's some kind of comedy hardcore track, american, in which the band have
become jaded with the scene, having to record "turgid dirges" week after
week in rapidly changing band lineups. The chorus goes something like "We're
old, we're fat, and we're slow".
