      Why get so upset about the Festive 50? It seems
     like  a very nice idea: vote for your top 3 of the
      year. Where's the harm? Why SHOULD it represent
      his show? That's not what it's for. And if you want
      a microcosm of his show, why not make up
     your own complilation tape/md/cd for the year?
     A listeners poll is always interesting, and I still get
     a thrill when any of my choices appear, which is
     a fairly sad admission for someone of my advanced
     years to admit to.

           2. Paula Fraxer - I Know That
            3. Hefner - Peppermint Taste

       and then I remembered the Detroit Cobras and
     the Come Ons.
