I think it is wise to remember that the votes 
are cast exclusively by listeners of the Peel
show, so that type of music--PJ Harvey etc--is
likely to be in the all time Festive 50. If you
 think that Prince is better than PJ Harvey 
there are other radio shows, radio stations, 
and all time countdowns

You wouldn't find the Fall in the Virgin Top 500.
