One of the lurkers here (bet you wondered what happened to Pete Stride)
sent me the folowing - it seems that although the Radio One webstreams are
offline, there is a little bit of World Service to be found, at

http://www.broadcast.com/bbc/

I haven't tried it myself, and you'll need to figure out what time to
listen at in your timezone, but hopefully this will save you buying one of
those expensive shortwave radios (or an Astra satellite).
