Swapping tapes

Hello there,

I wondered if there are people on this list who are making tapes of Peel
shows regularly and would like to swap. Knowledge of Peel for me goes way
back to the eighties when he used to have an half hour on Dutch national
radio around 84/85 (in English!) courtesy of the small but progressive
broadcasting union VPRO. It was a highlight of the week for that small group
of fanatical Dutch music lovers and it sure got me hooked on music I would
have ordinarily hadn't heard (or taped with the trusty pause button at hand)
that easy otherwise . He also used to have a monthly after midnight program
for awhile which just consisted a two hour show each month of artists by a
particular letter of the alphabet, he just started at A and made it to H if
my memories serve me correct. This was excellent as I always love the mix of
styles of his programs a lot and this gave him the opportunity to play
practically anything. As reception of Radio One is atrocious across the
North Sea so try to catch the World Service (and Internet) show if I can.
Anyway if anyone's making compilation tapes of shows regularly and would
like to swap drop me a line please.
